Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is one of the most visible bald celebs on the Hollywood scene right now.  The former WWE superstar isn’t bothered by the fact that he doesn’t have a full head of hair atop his dome. In fact, he seems pleased and proud of it. Or, at the very least, he’s at peace with his grooming decision, as he mentioned on Twitter yesterday.

On Monday, The Rock offered an explanation for his decision to go bald. The joke emerged after a GIF of Johnson (with hair!) was shared by Showtime’s A Season With.

‘Why I luv GIFs. I’m not bald because I went bald. I’m bald because my hair is a cross between an afro and hair from a Lama’s ball sac #TheU,’ Johnson wrote.

Fans were amused by the discovery, with one user responding, ‘Hahahaha I love you Dwayne.’

“Oh great. Now I have to google a llama’s ball sack,” tweeted another. Another commenter mentioned that Johnson might not be utilizing the proper hair products.

Another user informed the Ballers actor that his natural hair looked fine, saying, ‘@TheRock There’s nothing wrong with your hair.’

“Your hair looks awesome here, what are you talking about?” someone else tweeted, accompanied with a thumbs up emoji.

The actor appears to have decided to go bald around 2010, when he was last seen sporting a black buzz cut.

He appears to have made the correct decision. And, well, can you really disagree with the outcomes? Johnson is on track to enjoy one of the most successful years of any Hollywood celebrity, with parts in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Baywatch, and Fate of the Furious all on the way.
