Actors lead the list of the best paid names on the big screen in 2021, according to Variety magazine. Robert Pattinson earned $ 3 million for the next DC Comics film, making him one of the lowest-paid Batmans. Chris Pine (11.5 million) – “Dungeons and Dragons”, Keanu Reeves (12 million) – “Matrix 4”, Tom Cruise (13 million) – “Top Gun: Maverick” and Michael B. Jordan (15 million) – “Without Remorse” are among the names on the list.
Three other superstars join the list earning the $ 20 million mark. Brad Pitt will star in the thriller “Bullet Train” which will be directed by David Leitch and has an all-star ensemble. In “Thor: Love and Thunder” one of the most anticipated films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Chris Hemsworth will once again dress as a superhero. While Ryan Gosling will star alongside Chris Evans and Ana de Armas in the upcoming thriller “The Gray Man” from the Russo brothers, which will be released on Netflix.
Mark Wahlberg features in “Spenser Confidential” another action picture in his style, for $30 million. Leonardo Di Caprio, who is in the cast of “Don’t Look Up,” a film on which Netflix, has earnings in a similar range.
Denzel Washington and Will Smith, on the other hand, bring in 40 million each. The first is the lead in “The Little Things,” a thriller film starring Jared Leto and Rami Malek. The other actor will play the father of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams in “King Richard.”
Dwayne Johnson, who had held the title of highest-paid actor for several years, is now in second place. This time, we’ll see “The Rock” in “Red One,” one of Amazon Studios’ greatest bets for next year, for which the studio has paid 50 million dollars to the actor exclusively.

Daniel Craig beats Dwayne Johnson To Become Highest-Paid Actor in 2021
Actor Daniel Craig has topped the list of highest-paid movie actors in 2021, earning $100 million more than actor Dwayne Johnson.
Daniel Craig got his money, according to reports, from Knives Out 2 and Knives Out 3. Dwayne Johnson, on the other hand, has made $50 million from Amazon’s Red One, a holiday-themed action film.
Will Smith and Denzel Washington are just behind Johnson, with each earning USD 40 million for their flicks King Richard and The Little Things, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Netflix flicks ‘Don’t Look Up’ and ‘Spenser Confidential’ earned Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Wahlberg $30 million apiece.
Jennifer Lawrence, who earned USD 25 million from Don’t Look Up, is ranked sixth.
Julia Roberts (USD 25 million from Leave the World Behind), Sandra Bullock (USD 20 million from The Lost City of D), and Ryan Gosling are among the top ten actors on the list (USD 20 million from The Gray Man).
For ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ and ‘Bullet Train,’ Chris Hemsworth and Brad Pitt matched Ryan’s $20 million.
Actor Michael B. Jordan received $15 million for his role in ‘Without Remorse,’ whereas Tom Cruise was only paid $13 million up front for his role in ‘Top Gun: Maverick.’ Keanu Reeves is ranked 15th on the list, with earnings of $12-14 million from ‘The Matrix 4’. Chris Pine, who reportedly got $11.5 million from his picture ‘Dungeons & Dragons,’ and Robert Pattinson, who reportedly received $3 million from ‘The Batman,’ join the A-listers above.
