For the time being, Margot Robbie is saying goodbye to social media. On Monday, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actress announced her temporary departure through Instagram, although she did not elaborate on why she was taking a break. Margot shared a happy photo with her girl squad on Instagram, which she usually keeps professional. The photo was noteworthy since it showed the actress congratulating herself on her Oscar-winning film Promising Young Woman.

Robbie wrote, “Jumping off social media for the time being – check out @luckychapentertainment if you’re interested in what we’re up to, otherwise ciao for now! 😘”

In the shot, Margot is carrying a large golden balloon.

Robbie isn’t very active online. The star occasionally makes posts to her Instagram account with a month’s gap between them. Margot’s numerous Instagram followers did not appear stunned by the news.

Robbie hasn’t posted on Instagram in over a month, since she shared a video from Chanel’s Cruise 2021/22 show in May. She hardly ever publishes a selfie or a personal update on social media. Her most recent candid selfie occurred in October 2020, when she shared it with her admirers.

One user remarked, “Girl, you were already off of social media. Love u though.”

“I’ll miss you margot,” one fan said, expressing his displeasure at the update. “Enjoy the break!!!” one person said.

“Bestie you were barely on here, to begin with ‘”. A fan expressed his own experience of staying away from social media and wrote, “Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself Margot. I’ve kinda tried to stay off social media myself lately.” He further expressed how he is waiting for Margot’s next movie and wrote, “Really looking forward to seeing the new Suicide Squad movie this August!”.

The actress gave no justification for her decision to delete her social media accounts.

In the forthcoming DC film Suicide Squad 2, Margot Robbie will reprise her role as Harley Quinn. On August 6, 2021, the film will be released in theaters. Harley Quinn will not be shown in her t-shirt and shorts in the sequel to Suicide Squad. Harley will now be seen in the future picture sporting black and red colored trousers. Margot is also expected to feature in the forthcoming film Barbie And Marian, according to an E! story. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Harley Quinn: Birds Of Prey, Suicide Squad, Focus, and The Wolf Of Wall Street are among Margot Robbie’s films.

Robbie also prefers to keep her personal life to herself. When asked to pick a role model, she mentioned it briefly in a 2014 interview with The Sydney Morning Herald.

“There is not one person that I’ve looked at and thought, ‘I want to be like them,’” she replied. “But I like the choices Cate Blanchett has made. She’s not someone who’s always in the tabloids. Her personal life remains personal and that’s something I want to strive towards.”
