Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith recently opened up about their marriage breakdown and how it led to Will’s affair with US singer August Alsina.
During their ‘Red Table Talk’ on Facebook Watch, they spoke candidly about their relationship struggles, which sparked a further clash with rapper 50 Cent on Instagram.
Following the confession, rumors have circulated about Will’s past celebrity flings, particularly with Australian actress Margot Robbie.
Despite denying the claims in the past, a candid interview has since resurfaced, suggesting friction ahead of their time on set together.
The friction in question arose from Jada’s strong words spoken ahead of Will and Margot’s appearance in the 2015 film ‘Focus’.
The film saw Will’s seasoned conman Nicky Spurgeon teach his young apprentice Jess Barrett, played by Margot, the tricks of their sordid trade.

Things got steamy between the stars on the big screen, and Margot later gave insight into their passionate scenes, stating that Will had “this really lovely breath spray, it tastes like Christmas.
“It’s like he’s just eaten a candy cane.”
During the film’s press junket, Margot insisted that she would never date other actors because “they are trouble.”
While they promoted ‘Focus’, Will revealed that Jada commented on Margot’s attractiveness and physique before warning him not to be upstaged by the young star.
He recalled Jada saying, “Boy don’t embarrass me.
“Get in shape now. Do not let that girl smash you onscreen.”
Will professed that the secret to their marriage’s success was compromise and being able to keep each other happy, even if it came at the other’s expense.
He said, “We had to shift the paradigm of the relationship – and we did, with our children and with our family.
“There’s one relationship to have with people, and that’s friendship.
“So that’s a relationship in which you want what is best for them at all times and you’re willing to suffer for them to have the thing that is in their best interests.”
While Will and Margot have worked together on other projects, including DC Comics’ ‘Suicide Squad,’ both parties have sought to downplay any rumors of a romance.
Margot has previously denied the claims, which resurfaced after ‘Focus,’ and stated that she had a rule of not dating her co-stars.
Similarly, Will dismissed the rumors and labeled Margot as “one of his best friends.”
Despite the speculation, Will and Jada’s recent confession about their marriage struggles has garnered more attention.
During the ‘Red Table Talk,’ they discussed how their relationship had evolved into a “life partnership” rather than a traditional marriage.
Jada admitted to having an “entanglement” with August Alsina while she and Will were separated, which sparked a heated debate on social media.
50 Cent was one of the many public figures who weighed in on the matter, calling out Will for allowing Jada to “entangle” herself with another man.
Will responded on Instagram, stating that “we ride together, we die together, bad marriage for life,” referencing their roles in the ‘Bad Boys’ film franchise.
