It’s no secret that Captain America Chris Evans and Star-Lord Chris Pratt have a friendly internet feud, and it appears that Pratt’s son Jack has showed his father who he likes between Peter Quill and Steve Rogers over the Halloween season.

Late on Friday, Chris Pratt surprised and thrilled followers when he returned to Instagram with the cutest picture.

Chris had taken his gorgeous kid Jack trick-or-treating in West Hollywood.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star, 38, beamed with delight as he followed the five-year-old costumed as Captain America for Halloween.

The tiny child wore a superhero character’s helmet, visor, and costume, and carried a spherical shield as well as a cauldron bucket for his candies.

Chris wore a black v-neck sweater and boot-cut blue trousers with black ankle boots for the occasion.

Despite the fact that many children adore Pratt as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, little Jack Pratt prefers other prominent superheroes who aren’t his father. When Pratt was asked six months ago who his son’s favorite superhero was, he responded as follows:

“I don’t know if he thinks it is cool but he has seen the movies that I am in. He knows that I am Star-Lord. But as a matter of fact when I ask him ‘who is your favorite superhero Star-Lord?’, he says ‘no Spider-Man’. He just likes Spider-Man better.”

Chris shared a photo of himself, his 5-year-old son Jack, and his brother Cully Pratt doing combat positions before a screening of Thor: Ragnarok.

Chris made his first Instagram post since announcing in August that he and his wife Anna Faris, 40, are “legally separating” after eight years of marriage.

“HOLY CRAP!! THOR RAGNAROK IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We just laughed our asses off!!! So proud to be part of the Marvel universe,” Chris wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.

“Greaaaaat time with my AWESOME Nephew & his Pop #prattprattpratt Thor Ragnarok eas AWESOME!” said Cully, who reposted the image.

“Happy to see you back on the grid @prattprattpratt You & your family have been in my prayers. #keepthefaith,” user @itscristalclear wrote in the comments.

“Yaaaaaaay @prattprattpratt so glad you’re back ❤❤❤,” wrote user @stace.mcface.

Of course, little Jack’s superhero tastes have broadened since then, but it appears that he still hasn’t warmed up to Star-Lord. I think he likes heroes who feature in their own films over those who just appear in ensemble films.

Many fans are looking forward to seeing Pratt and Evans’ characters team up in Avengers: Infinity War, based on their online interactions. We don’t know how they’ll interact, but I imagine Star-Lord will be taken aback by the fact that Captain America is now alive. He was presumably taught about Cap when he was still attending to school in Earth, so seeing him come alive would certainly make Star-Lord ask some time travel questions.

Chris and Anna have only one child, Jack.
