According to reports, Foxx was shooting for his upcoming action movie Back In Action when he suffered a medical emergency.

The family asks for privacy during this time.”
Corinne also took the opportunity to criticize people who were spreading incorrect information about her father’s health.
She clarified that Foxx was doing fine and criticized a publication for claiming that the family was preparing for the worst after he was hospitalized.
Foxx’s fans were worried about his health, especially after hearing rumors about him suffering from a traumatic brain injury.
