Wrapping her left arm over the costumed creature’s shoulders and clutching his face with her right hand, the pop diva, dressed in a purple skirt, black top, loads of jewelry, and, yes, her engagement ring, throws her left arm around his shoulders and grabs his face.

Miley is seen in a flirty pink skirt and black pullover, accessorized with a stack of gold necklaces, in a snapshot posted on Twitter by writer Perez Hilton on Thursday.

The diva wears her now trademark peroxide blonde haircut and vampy red nails.
