Do Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley look alike?

Some people believe that Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman resemble each other, and Star Wars caused this. They resemble one another to some extent, but not that much. There are a significant number of distinctions that can be made and enough contrast between them to be seen.

It all started when Knightley (Sabe) played a decoy for Queen Amidala’s (Portman) in The Phantom Menace.

Keira Knightley acknowledged that the doppelgänger craze is still going strong over 20 years after the release of Star Wars during her interview on The Late Late Show in October 2018.

She told the presenter, James Corden, “I’ve been chased through an airport as Natalie Portman. I mean, [I get mistaken for] Natalie Portman a lot. I did the Star Wars thing.”

Knightley is at least four years younger and three inches taller than Portman. Knightley made her debut only a year after Portman. It was Leon: The Professional for Portman and Innocent Lies for Knightley.

There’s a different kind of energy they bring to a part. While Keira is often the rebellious kind who strives to go against the grain and does whatever it takes to challenge the established order, Natalie tends to be more serious, down to earth, and grounded. Both her performance in Domino and her portrayal as Elizabeth Swann in the Pirates series effectively highlighted that.

Although Portman isn’t opposed to rebelling, her characters often need structure, stability, and a sense of reason—things that Knightley’s characters sometimes possess but don’t always hold to. Instead of employing stability as a source of balance, Keira appears to dance around it; she only uses it just enough to prevent herself from sliding too far. Natalie, on the other hand, errs on the side of reason and reasoning more often than not.

Knightley is from Britain and was born in Israel, and she is most known for her roles in the films “Bend It Like Beckham” and “Love Actually.”

As an adolescent, Knightley was acutely aware of how similar other young celebrities, such as Portman, appeared to her. She told SPIN at the age of 18 that, “There are lots of brown-eyed, brown-haired actresses, three of whom I run into at every audition, since we’re always up for the same roles.”

Fans continue to mistake Knightley for Portman, who bounced back from the Star Wars prequels controversy to appear in films like Black Swan (2010), Jackie (2005), and V for Vendetta (2005). (2016).

When Knightley appeared as a guest on The Graham Norton Show in 2014, she also discussed being mistaken for well-known actresses like Portman. She also said that people had mistaken her for Britney Spears in the past.

“Natalie Portman I get a lot, and I get chased through airports,” she shared.

“I feel quite sorry for her because she must get chased a lot because it’s happened like five times where someone’s been like, Natalie! Natalie! Natalie!’ And I’ll sign and take a picture as Natalie. I get Kate Winslet as well. But the one that’s surprising is Britney Spears,” Keira explained.

Keira exudes a wilder aura, as if she were a freer spirit than Portman. No offense is intended toward either lady, but it’s difficult to ignore the features. Although the contrary is true, Natalie Portman seems to be more of a homebody than Knightley. Their body proportions, facial forms, and eye shapes are all radically diverse from one another, giving each lady a very unusual appearance. Even their posture, smiles, and movements are distinct.

It could be difficult to tell them apart for someone who aren’t fans of either lady or who wouldn’t bother trying. But if you simply look, there are many of variances.
