As the defamation trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues to captivate their fans and followers across the world, a man was seen having a laughing fit throughout the proceedings and was forced to leave the room because he couldn’t control himself. A video of a man giggling hysterically has gone viral on the internet.

As he sat in the gallery of the courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, observing the day’s testimony, the man was caught on camera giggling with his head in his hands.

The individual in question is thought to be a member of Johnny Depp’s entourage, as he is spotted seated next to the actor’s personal security guard, Sean Bett.

Another woman in the rear can be seen laughing as she notices him as the video pans. Amber Heard is currently being ridiculed on the internet.

Several other onlookers were seen grinning and glancing around at the man’s reaction.

After several protests from Johnny’s attorney Camille Vasquez, the guy stood up and walked out of the courtroom, clearly unable to restore his calm.

Those who saw the video left their reactions in the comments area. According to one spectator, the man was Johnny’s security guard. “Dude is representing the entire internet,” one commenter said. “He just remembered a joke from 10 years ago from out of the blue. That’s how mind numbing this trial is so far as to make his brain crack like that.”

“The laughing guy represents 99% of the world as to the absurdity of Amber’s lies and her unwavering attempts to uphold them by adding even more lies!!” wrote a supporter of Johnny Depp on the video. “Laughing is definitely contagious and I believe he left so he wouldn’t be at risk of being held for contempt in court,” someone commented of the man exiting the courtroom.

“He’s literally all of us right now,” wrote another. “That man is so me,” someone else added.

It’s unclear what prompted the man to burst out laughing, but the event occurred on the same day that the court heard emotive prepared testimony from Ms Heard’s former closest friend Raquel Pennington.

Ms Pennington sobbed in court, saying she was “scared” that “monster” Johnny Depp would “do something worse than he intended” to the Aquaman actress.

Ex-wife Amber Heard is being sued by Johnny Depp for millions of dollars in damages for an op-ed she penned for The Washington Post in 2018. Heard described herself as a “public figure representing domestic abuse” in the opinion piece. Despite the fact that she did not name Depp in her op-ed, he sued Heard for causing him harm in his personal and professional life. Amber Heard countersued Depp, alleging that he defamed her when his counsel made statements declaring her allegations of abuse a hoax, after a year-long legal struggle.
