Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation trial resumed on Monday, May 16th, and it appears that the situation is about to become more complicated as Amber has decided to bring Johnny’s children into the matter.

Amber claimed that she had a close relationship with Johnny’s daughter, Lily Rose, during a 2014 trip to the Bahamas, where Johnny’s drinking problem was said to be out of control.

Amber spoke about how Johnny was drinking non-stop and that his behavior was frightening Lily Rose, who was a teenager at the time.

She claimed that she tried to comfort Lily when she came to her crying, but Johnny got mad when he saw them talking and accused Amber of telling his kids about his drinking problem.

“I hadn’t done that. I was actually trying to protect Johnny,” Amber stated in her testimony.

“It didn’t feel like my place at all to share that with his daughter or anyone at the time other than adults who might help with it, but not his kids.”

Amber claimed that Johnny became so angry with her for talking to Lily that he even threatened to kick her.

“And he stood me up against the sidewall of the bedroom… and holds me there for a second and tells me that he could,” she said.

According to Amber, she and Lily Rose left the Bahamas on a helicopter because Johnny’s drunken behavior was becoming too much for Lily.

She also stated that she was always very protective of Johnny’s kids, and even threw shade at Johnny for allegedly allowing Lily’s crush to spend the night at their house, claiming she was the one who had Lily’s best interest at heart.

Amber also went after Johnny’s parenting skills and claimed he introduced Lily to marijuana.

However, Johnny was very open about this topic and explained that he went to great lengths to teach his children about staying safe when offered substances or alcohol.

“I never encouraged my daughter to use marijuana,” Johnny said.

“And I told her, listen, sweetheart, if you are at a party and someone hands you the drink, take the drink from that person and pass it to the next person. Don’t experiment with drugs with people you don’t know.”

Johnny explained that he had an honest conversation with Lily about the subject and told her to come to him when she was ready because he didn’t want her taking something from a random stranger at a party.

“It’s a safety issue,” Johnny stated.

It is important to note that everything Amber said about Lily during her testimony contradicts evidence and Lily’s own public statements about the situation.

Johnny’s children have always been protected by their parents, and they’ve been shielded from the spotlight so they could grow up as normally as possible.

Lily Rose has previously stated that she appreciates her parents’ protection and that she couldn’t stand to be around Amber.

It is unclear how Lily Rose feels about Amber trying to convince everyone they were best friends.
