The High Court heard today that Johnny Depp tossed a phone at Amber Heard during their fight about the faeces that ruined their marriage.

On the fourth day of his libel trial at the High Court in London, the 57-year-old actor is being cross-examined about an alleged attack against his ex-wife in Los Angeles in 2016.

The Sweeney Todd star has said that poo was left in their marital bed, which he suspects was placed by Amber or one of her pals, causing him to refer to her as ‘Amber Turd’ in messages to a friend.

While he believes Amber, 34, was the one who defecated, he admitted to the court that it may have been her “crass” buddy, trans activist iO Tillett Wright, during interrogation.

The court heard that Amber dialed Wright’s number so he could defend himself, and Depp seized the phone.

Earlier, Depp had come two hours late to Heard’s birthday celebration on April 21, 2016, after receiving terrible news about his financial troubles from his accountants and relieving his stress by using cannabis.

After the other guests had departed, the Hollywood star went to bed to read a book, and he and Amber clashed over his behavior.

Heard alleges that her ex-husband tossed a magnum champagne bottle at her and repeatedly slammed her to the floor during the altercation before leaving a note that said, ‘Happy F***ing Birthday.’

Johnny said Amber had been “drinking heavily” and had assaulted him while he was reading in bed, stating she hit him four times in the face before he grabbed her arms and stopped her.

The next day, Depp’s housekeeper called to say she had discovered feces on his bed.

Depp ‘resolved’ to divorce Heard after she subsequently told the building management it was ‘just a harmless prank.’

Depp admitted that the perpetrator’s identity is “a mystery,” but argued that the excrement “was not left by a three or four-pound dog.”

Depp originally considered the joke amusing and photographed it, jokingly referring to his ex-girlfriend as “Amber Turd”

According to the Daily Mail, Depp said during cross-examination at his explosive libel trial, “It was one of the most absurd, unexpected statements that I have ever witnessed in my life, so yes, initially I did laugh because it was so strange.”

Depp described the defecation incident as “a fitting end” to the relationship.

After choosing to divorce Amber, Johnny allegedly went to their LA residence a month later to retrieve his possessions.

Depp also allegedly threatened to maim Elon Musk in a phone call to Lady Gaga’s ex-fiance, Christian Carino, in which Depp believes the Tesla billionaire had an affair with Heard.

Depp allegedly remarked, “I’ll show him things he’s never seen before, like the other side of his dick when I slice it off.”
