Britney Spears has spoken up about her on-stage kiss with Madonna at the 2003 VMAs, over two decades later.

Britney Spears has had her fair share of MTV Video Music Awards moments. But the peak came when she and Madonna kissed for a lengthy time during a performance that opened the 2003 event. Britney remembers that event warmly even now, eighteen years later. She posted another “fan Q&A” video on Instagram, this time saying she’d been asked if she’d ever kissed a female. “Yes, I kissed a girl, and her name is Madonna,” the singer responded cheerfully.

Spears’ lip-lock with Madonna is hardly a secret, since it occurred in front of millions of people at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, when Madonna, Spears, and Christina Aguilera performed together, with Spears and Aguilera each getting a passionate kiss from Madonna.

Spears’ favorite car was also mentioned in the fan Q&A video. “My dream car is probably a Bentley. I’ve never owned one or driven in one, but it’s definitely my dream car,” she said.

Unfortunately, Brintey’s finances are managed by her father and the wealth management firm Bessemer Trust due to her conservatorship. That implies the “Toxic” singer is unlikely to be able to buy a Bentley for herself, despite Forbes putting her net worth at $60 million as of February 2021.

Britney’s followers adore her and are eager for evidence that she is okay amid the controversy surrounding her conservatorship struggle with her father.
