Page Six reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been covertly filming their trip to New York City for a purported Netflix series about their life.

Their unidentified cameraman can be seen filming the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in many images.  When Harry went to Melba’s in Harlem, he “appeared to be sporting a mic.”

The pair donated $25,000 to the employee relief fund at the soul food restaurant, and Harry had chicken and waffles for the first time. According to a spy, he “remarked it was delicious.”

The Sussexes also took their own photographer, Matt Sayles, with them to New York to capture special moments.

According to sources close to the Sussexes, they are gathering footage for their Archwell archives.

Despite the sweltering heat in New York, Markle wore a wardrobe of thick winter coats and jackets for all of their engagements, thick enough to conceal any microphone.

Page Six reports that they may be filming a “fly-on-the-wall documentary about their lives” as they enjoy the spotlight after leaving the royal life.

Following their departure from the royal family earlier this year, the pair struck the £112 million agreement with their production firm Archewell Productions.

The couple committed to produce nature programs, documentaries, and children’s programming.

So far, just one documentary about Harry’s passion project, the Invictus Games, which allows sick and disabled military people and veterans to engage in sports, has been announced.

Prince Harry said in their explosive Oprah Winfrey interview in March that such ventures were sought since his family had cut him off financially at the start of 2020 after disclosing their Megxit intentions.

Apart from the filming, it looks that Harry and Meghan’s vacation to New York was fruitful. They spoke with public health professionals, including Chelsea Clinton, about global vaccination equality and highlighted the topic at Global Citizen Live on Saturday, where Meghan stated that “everyone on Earth has a fundamental right to get this vaccine.”

They paid a visit to the 9/11 Memorial and spoke with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and New York Governor Kathy Hochul, among others. According to Vogue, they also paid a visit to P.S. 123 in Harlem, where they donated garden boxes and other goods.
