According to a Royal analyst, Prince William said that he did not want Meghan Markle to attend the inauguration of the Diana monument in July.

Prince William reportedly does not want Meghan Markle to attend the Princess Diana statue ceremony, according to a royal expert. Meghan should not attend any royal ceremonies at this time, according to the Duke of Cambridge.

The new Princess Diana statue will be unveiled on July 1st, which would have been Princess Diana’s 60th birthday. Following conflicting rumors, it was confirmed earlier this week that Meghan Markle would not travel to London for the wedding.

Royal reporter Charlotte Griffiths made the startling allegations when speaking on MailPlus’ Palace Confidential.

“This decision and this whole thing was 50 percent William,” she added.

“Diana is his mother too. He makes a point about that regularly behind closed doors.”

“This was not the right time to bring Meghan in because there is so much tension between William and Meghan particularly.”

Members of the Royal Family, including Prince Harry, will attend the event; however, Harry is not anticipated to fly to the United Kingdom. alone.

According to Richard Eden, the Mail’s diary editor, the Sussexes’ official stance is that “they have a very small infant and it’s simply not feasible for them to be travelling here as a family.”

“It’s not a surprise because she wasn’t expected to attend,” he said.

“The day was always very much about Diana and her sons. They are the ones making the speeches.

“Can you imagine Meghan coming over after everything that has passed?”

“In another world, you can imagine Meghan really looking forward to this visit,” Ms Griffiths said.

“Her daughter’s middle name is Diana and it’s quite good for ‘brand Markle’

“But how could she actually face up to it after everything that has happened?”

Meghan will not accompany her husband on the emotional journey, according to a source close to the couple.

Harry and Meghan’s officials have stated that Meghan is fully focused on caring for her newborn baby, Lilibet Diana, according to Mail Diary editor Richard Eden.

The statue’s design and idea were influenced by both Prince Harry and Prince William.

“The statue that Prince William and Prince Harry have commissioned to commemorate their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, will be installed [in 2021] on what would have been her 60th birthday,” Kensington Palace stated at the time.

Diana died in a car accident when William and Harry were 15 and 12 years old, respectively, in 1997.

Meanwhile, a Royal observer said Meghan will not attend the July unveiling ceremony and that she “won’t be missed.”

“There will be a no show from Meghan Markle at the unveiling of the statue of Princess Diana next month,” Royal watcher Andrew Pierce said. “She won’t be missed.”

The duchess, who gave birth earlier this month, will not accompany Prince Harry to London, according to a Sussex source. Meghan will instead focus on caring for her newborn baby at her and Harry’s Montecito, California, home.

A second insider told Entertainment Tonight,“Meghan has just had a baby and has no plans to travel to London for the memorial event planned for the statue unveiling.”
