A friend of Prince Harry said that he has a “Prince Andrew complex” and worries he has a “limited shelf-life” before the public becomes “more interested in Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.”

The friend told the Duke of Sussex told the British newspaper The Times that he had been in a “rush to make a ‘impact’ due to fears that he had a “limited shelf-life.”

“Harry has always been in such a rush to make an ‘impact’, because he thinks he has a limited shelf-life before the public want to hear more from George and his siblings and he worries that after that, he’ll turn into his uncle,” the friend said.

It’s not the first time Harry has expressed concerns about his relevance.

The duke told The Times five years ago that he planned to utilize his “privileged position” for “good stuff” for “as long as I can, or until I become boring, or until [Prince] George ends up becoming more interesting”

“There’s nothing worse than going through a period in your life where you’re making a massive difference and then suddenly… you drop off,” he said.

After his trainwreck Newsnight interview exposing his connection with notorious child abuser Jeffrey Epstein, Harry’s uncle Prince Andrew has been largely absent from royal responsibilities and ostracized by members of his family.

The new revelation comes just days after Harry announced that he will publish a “intimate and heartfelt” tell-all book about his life that will be “accurate and wholly truthful.”

On Saturday, it was reported that he had signed a hefty four-book contract, with the second coming out soon after the Queen died.

The first book will be published next year to coincide with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

“I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become,” the 36-year-old stated in a statement.

Industry sources say the ‘tell-all’ book revealed by Harry earlier this week is just the ‘tip of the iceberg,’ which will undoubtedly worry Buckingham Palace.

He agreed to a hefty contract with Penguin Random House, which may be valued up to £29 million. The profits from the books, according to Harry, will be given to charity.

According to royal insiders, the decision to put pen to paper caught Prince Charles off guard and shattered any chance of reconciliation.

The Royal Family is extremely worried by Harry’s choice to work privately with Pulitzer Prize-winning ghostwriter JR Moehringer. For up to a year, the two have been working on the book.

According to a source, there is “anger and disappointment” inside the palace, and the Queen is concerned about the contents of Harry’s books.
