Khloe Kardashian’s staff is attempting to get a swimsuit picture taken down from social media.

Khloe Kardashian is suing to get an unedited picture of herself taken down from social media after it was accidentally posted.

Her staff is working tirelessly to erase any traces of the ‘unauthorized’ picture of Khloe Kardashian that surfaced on social media last weekend.

Khloe, 36, was seen standing by a pool in a tiny leopard print string bikini, and she didn’t seem to be as perfect as she usually does on social media.

The TV personality and her team have requested for it to be removed from social media sites, but their attempts have prompted others to recirculate it.

Since the picture was uploaded without authorization, members of the Kardashian PR team denounced the postings as copyright infringement shortly after it surfaced online on different sites.

According to the publication, copies of the picture have been removed due to “legal threats” from the Kardashians’ team, who have described the snap as “beautiful,” but have said that it was not approved.

The picture was released online amid recent criticism against Khloe for appearing “unrecognizable” and editing her photographs, according to Page Six.

According to Tracy Romulus, chief marketing officer for KKW Brands, “The colour edited photo was taken of Khloe during a private family gathering and posted to social media without permission by mistake by an assistant.”

In the candid snapshot, the mother-of-one seems to be in the midst of a discussion, with her hair tied back in a ponytail, her phone in her hand, and a slight grin directed towards the camera.

The picture, according to another source, was taken over the weekend when the mother of one was in the midst of a discussion and “features some edits.”

People were quick to criticize Khloe, with one Twitter user writing, “khloekardashian spending her easter trying to erase unedited pics of herself from the internet – she’s so pathetic.”

“HEY it’s 2021 let’s finally hold the kardashians accountable,” another tweeted.

“khloekardashian please know that taking legal actions, harassing someone on literal EASTER is not okay, you have to apologize publicly right now! Retweet this and let’s start make #khloekardashianisoverparty trending.”

On Twitter, the picture has been served with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice.

“Per our copyright policy, we respond to valid copyright complaints sent to us by a copyright owner or their authorized representatives,” a spokesperson for the social media company told the BBC.

The image has been replaced with a notice that said, “This image has been removed in response to a report from the copyright holder.”

Calithetroll, a Reddit user, created a subreddit to examine the Kardashian PR team’s effort to remove any internet postings. “After reposting the photo, the mods confirm that someone has contacted them to warn them of possible legal action over the photo,” they said.
