Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are getting serious about their relationship.

The couple was seen house-hunting in the California city on Thursday. According to TMZ, Lopez and Affleck looked at three properties in the Holmby Hills neighborhood. During the real estate tour, Bennifer was photographed kissing in their car.

One of the homes they visited was a $65 million property in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of the city, which is part of the city’s Billionaires Row. This 31,000 square-foot castle on the west side of Los Angeles has eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. The mansion also has its own bowling lane, according to the website.

According to Entertainment Tonight, friends close to the couple said they “wouldn’t be surprised” if they wind up “[moving in] together and ultimately end up together.”

“They’re spending all of their free time together and making each other a priority. J.Lo falls hard and has certainly done the same with Ben again this time around,” a source told ET. “Ben is a guy’s guy and does his own thing, which J.Lo loves. He has his own life and is famous in a different way than she is and is not trying to compete with her by any means. They just support and love each other.”

A source close to Affleck revealed to E! earlier this month why Lopez and Affleck were not in a hurry to share a home. “Ben is very settled in his home and it’s close by to his kids,” the source said. “Jennifer’s house is also a place she likes being and is a good family home.”

Their relationship is “going well as is,” according to the source, who added that “They are both back and forth to each other’s homes and live close enough that it’s not an issue.”

Jennifer Lopez recently said that she is enjoying the “best time” of her life.

“I’m super happy. I know people are always wondering. ‘How are you? What’s going on? Are you okay?’ This is it. I’ve never been better,” Lopez said in a July interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, per People. “I want my people who care about me, because I care about them so much, to know that I’ve really gotten to a place in my life where I’m great on my own.”

She continues, “And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again. And so that is where I’m at. I love all the love that’s coming my way right now and all of the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it’s the best time. It’s the best time of my life.”

In recent weeks, the pair has been seen out and about with their kids in Los Angeles and near Jen’s Hamptons residence! Ben’s son Samuel, 9, went to Universal Studios with Jen’s twins Max and Emme, 13, two weeks ago for an action-packed day. Only a few days later, the kids were sighted with Ben and J.Lo at the Brentwood Country Mart, an outdoor shopping center where The Town star is frequently seen with his children.

Ben and Jennifer’s romance resurfaced when he ended his year-long relationship with actress Ana de Armas in January 2021, and she ended her relationship with former baseball player Alex Rodr guez, whom she had really been dating since 2019.
