Since their first house, the royal couple’s neighbors report that the pair hasn’t always been the friendliest to live with because of their regulations.

The regulations are so ludicrous that the pair may be at the top of any list of the worst neighbors.

Harry and Meghan moved into Frogmore Cottage in April 2019, a month before baby Archie Harrison was due and after major renovations.

Their five-bedroom home, a gift from the Queen, was claimed to have needed a “substantial overhaul” before they could move in, including new heating, wiring, and utilities.

Frogmore Cottage is part of the Frogmore Estate, which has 33 acres of private gardens inside the Home Park, which is next to Windsor Castle in Berkshire.

According to CheatSheet, Frogmore Cottage neighbors said they were handed a list of regulations to observe respecting the royal couple. A restriction was included in the requests that neighbors not talk to Prince Harry or Markle if they were observed in the neighborhood. Even a pleasant “Hello” or “Good Morning” would be ignored. If the royals talked to them first, they were only allowed to answer with a polite “Good Morning.”

The dogs of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not to be touched, even if they approached a neighbor, and they were not to ask to walk the dog. Neighbors are not permitted to inquire about Baby Archie or volunteer to babysit. And no one is allowed to put anything in the Sussex’s mailbox.

The rules offended and humiliated folks who reside in the vicinity of Frogmore. The area is populated by elite officials and royal personnel. Because these are folks who know how to properly act around a royal, the requests were viewed as presumptuous and downright impolite. Even the Queen does not make these kinds of demands on her neighbors.

The house is similar to Meghan and Harry’s in that it is built to look like an English country mansion.
