In a recent Instagram post from Monday night where she pondered starting a new fashion trend, Jessica Simpson alarmed fans.

Simpson posted pictures of herself on social media wearing a fitted black sweatshirt, slim jeans, and knee-high boots, but all anyone could focus on was how shockingly thin she was.

The Dukes of Hazzard actress accessorized with a hat and big sunglasses to complete the look. She wore her hair in beautiful blonde waves.

In 2019, the blonde beauty shed 100 pounds, but it seems it wasn’t enough.

Since then, Simpson appears to have lost even more weight, which has her ardent supporters worried about both her physical and mental well-being.

“Tried something new with my favourite bandana and my son’s Boston hat…trend-worthy? Maybe,” Simpson captioned the photo.

Numerous questions about her ‘super thin’ appearance were posted in the comment section by her five million fans, including one who questioned the singer, 41, “Are you ok?”

A second concurred, saying, “I’m glad someone said it. I’m concerned.”

Another added a sobbing emoji and said, “What happened with her omg.”

Another said, “I hope she’s ok, her face looks super thin.”

“Always beautiful, curvy or thin. I loved you and your curves. Looked like a very healthy role model. I know you work hard to be thin and the industry loves thin, but you and your curves were gorgeous,” a fifth said.

Others said that Simpson had gone too far with her weight reduction.

“In recent photos she looks great but Jessica has been know to go to extremes on being to [sic] thick and too skinny her face looks sus for sure. I love Jessica Simpson she’s been my favorite since the beginning of all the teenyboppers,” a follower wrote.

“I barely recognized you in this photo. OMG, girl. I know you’re on a weight-loss journey, but remember to take care of yourself,” a fan stated. “You’re beautiful no matter what!”

Some fans expressed their disapproval by saying the mother of three resembled “a damn skeleton.”

One person commented, “So skinny. You don’t look well.”

“You are very thin, is everything OK?” someone questioned.

“Going from one extreme weight to another. Hope she’s OK” another commented.

On July 5, 2014, Jessica wed former NFL player Eric Johnson. The couple has three kids together: Maxwell, 9, Ace, 8, and Birdie, who will turn 3 on March 19.

Simpson made a public debut with her triple-digit weight reduction in 2019 after giving birth to her third child, a girl named Birdie May.

She didn’t hold back and said that throughout her pregnancy, she weighed 240 pounds.
Her kid was born six months ago, and already she has shed a tremendous 100 pounds.

With the assistance of well-known trainer Harley Pasternak, she followed a food plan and clocked 14,000 steps per day. She has subsequently given updates from the gym as she has maintained the weight reduction over the years.

While announcing her weight reduction, she said on Instagram, ‘6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240).’

Jessica’s turnaround happened when she spoke out honestly about her recovery struggle in November of last year.

The mother of three revealed her resolve to give up drinking while also sharing an unrecognizable snapshot of herself.

The makeup-free photo of the fashion designer sitting alone in the dark, looking dejected and overwhelmed, was posted online a few years ago.

She said in the caption, “This person in the early morning of Nov 1, 2017 is an unrecognizable version of myself.”

“I had so much self-discovery to unlock and explore. I knew in this very moment I would allow myself to take back my light, show victory over my internal battle of self-respect, and brave this world with piercing clarity. ”

“Personally, to do this I needed to stop drinking alcohol because it kept my mind and heart circling in the same direction, and quite honestly I was exhausted.”

“I wanted to feel the pain so I could carry it like a badge of honor.”

Jessica went on to state that she thought that the only way to avoid having any “regret and remorse” in life was to choose a different route “within this beautiful world.”

“I can’t believe it has been 4yrs! It feels like maybe 2. I think that is a good thing. Ha. There is so much stigma around the word alcoholism or the label of an alcoholic. The real work that needed to be done in my life was to actually accept failure, pain, brokenness, and self sabotage. The drinking wasn’t the issue. I was. I didn’t love myself. I didn’t respect my own power,” she continued.

Simpson concluded her poignant letter describing her struggles by writing, “Today I do. I have made nice with the fears and I have accepted the parts of my life that are just sad. I own my personal power with soulful courage. I am wildly honest and comfortably open. I am free.”

Jessica has been putting a lot of effort into the exercise component of her health makeover since since she began her sober journey in 2017.
