The reason for her change was a moment she had on Halloween, when she was unable to assist her children in dressing up for the occasion due to being too drunk.

This personal experience has prompted her to share her story in her new memoir, “Open Book.”

According to FOX News, Jessica’s drinking started early in the day, with her having her first drink before a school assembly.

She reflects on this experience in her book, stating, “It was 07:30 in the morning and I’d already had a drink. I was terrified of letting them see me in that shape.”

She goes on to say, “I am ashamed to say that I don’t know who got them into their costumes that night.”

This moment of realization led Jessica to seek help from close friends and to attend therapy sessions twice a week.

She also had the full support of her family and doctors throughout this journey.

Jessica hopes that by sharing her story, she can offer hope and inspiration to others who may be struggling with addiction or similar challenges.

In her words, “I’ve used my pain and turned it into something that can be beautiful and hopefully inspiring to people.”

In an interview with People Magazine, Jessica spoke about the impact of therapy on her journey towards sobriety, saying “It’s been a long, hard, deep emotional journey, one that I’ve come through the other side [of] with pure happiness and fulfilment and acceptance of myself.”

The 39-year-old mother of three has made significant progress in her journey towards sobriety and has a message for others who may be struggling with addiction or similar challenges.

“You are not alone,” she says, “and there is help available.”

Jessica’s journey towards sobriety has not been easy, but she has found strength and support in her family, friends, and doctors.

She reflects on this support, saying, “I am grateful for the people who have been there for me and have helped me through this difficult time.”

In her book, Jessica shares intimate details about her life and her struggles with addiction.

Through her story, she hopes to offer encouragement and support to others who may be struggling with similar issues.

“My story is one of hope and resilience,” she says, “and I hope that others can find strength and comfort in it.”
