Meghan Markle had such a good time on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she is said to be considering pursuing a career as a talk show host.

Meghan Markle presented a different side of her on the broadcast where she talked about her new life in California.

Meghan now has her sights set on a major television role, according to a source close to the Duchess.

According to The U.K. Mirror, “Meghan was rejuvenated by the whole Ellen experience and came home excited about what a dream job it would be for her.”

“The idea of picking whoever she wants to interview while having plenty of fun and also addressing the topics she cares about is really starting to appeal – especially as it will boost her popularity.”

Meghan was clearly having a good time on Ellen’s show, munching crisps “like a chipmunk” and the crowd appeared to like it as well.

Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle Sr., has spoken out against her participation on the talk show, believing she has degraded the Royal title and her family in the United Kingdom.

He said: “It’s no way to behave.

“The whole thing was kind of embarrassing. It was certainly embarrassing for the Royal Family. It’s embarrassing for her as well. I suspect it embarrassed everyone in the UK, too.

“She’s putting herself out there as a duchess but I’ve never seen a duchess behave this way, doing stupid stunts.”

Despite the fact that Thomas and reviewers alike panned Meghan’s ’embarrassing’ performance, the insider said the Duchess is eager to return to the stage.

“She knows there’s no way her and Harry would have been permitted to sit down with Ellen if they were still serving Royals, and that’s just plain ridiculous in her opinion,” the source said, adding that Meghan “shudders” at the way she was made to behave and is overjoyed to be “home” with “like-minded folk.”

Such people would undoubtedly flock to Meghan’s show, which reportedly has the working title of Tea With Duchess Meghan.

Meghan is a California native who worked as an actress in Hollywood for several years before marrying Prince Harry.
