Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the arrival of their second child, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, on Sunday, and the rest of the royal family was quick to congratulate the pair on their joyous news.

The news has “delighted” the queen, Prince Charles and Camilla, and Prince William and Kate Middleton, according to a statement.

“Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the birth of Lilibet Diana!” read a post from the Queen Elizabeth II’s official Twitter account. “The Queen, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted with the news. Lilibet is Her Majesty’s 11th great-grandchild.”

In a statement, a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman stated, “The Queen, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been informed and are delighted with the news of the birth of a daughter for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.”

The couple announced their pregnancy in February, nearly two years after their son Archie was born, and showed off the Suits alum’s baby bulge.

Lili, who joins elder brother Archie Harrison, 2, was born at 11:40 a.m. Friday at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California, according to The Associated Press. Harry and Meghan Markle said their daughter’s name is a homage to the queen and Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, in a statement issued Sunday.
