Piers Morgan is mocking Meghan Markle yet again, and it looks that Morgan has given her a new nickname. In recent years, the British TV personality has created a near-full-time profession of attacking Meghan. The trolls have been out in force since The Times revealed information of Meghan’s bullying accusations. Morgan, of course, chimed in on the royal family squabbles, giving the duchess a new moniker.

Morgan publicly chastised Markle for speaking out during her joint Oprah appearance with Prince Harry in March, dismissing her claim that she felt suicidal during her time with the royals. Morgan stated he was “sickened” by the celebrity couple’s conduct, calling the interview “absolutely disgraceful.”

Piers Morgan is still after Meghan Markle, branding her “Princess Pinocchio” in his most recent assault.

His newest remark comes just days before Meghan Markle gives an exclusive interview to US radio on Sunday, in which she will discuss her new children’s book, The Bench.

Piers Morgan came up with a new name in reaction to a Twitter critic, according to Page Six. Morgan tweeted: “ITV didn’t get rid of me. I left GMB because I declined to apologise for disbelieving Princess Pinocchio.”

Morgan also boasted about how he “still [works] for ITV,” sharing details of a forthcoming interview show on the UK channel, in response to a since-deleted remark from an apparent critic.

“I still work for ITV, as you’ll see tomorrow when my Life Stories show with Dame Joan Collins airs at 9pm,” he added.

Morgan’s prominent popularity in the UK, as well as his platform as a TV personality, enable him to broadcast his unfavorable views about Meghan to millions of people.

Morgan rushed off the set of “GMB” in March, following an awkward conversation with colleague Alex Beresford, who disputed his constant criticism of Meghan Markle.

“I understand that you don’t like Meghan Markle. You’ve made it so clear a number of times on this program, and I understand that you had a personal relationship with Meghan Markle and she cut you off,” Beresford began (per Page Six). However, he also argued, “Has she said anything about you after she cut you off? She’s entitled to cut you off if she wants to. And yet you continue to trash her.”

Markle has mostly remained silent in the face of Morgan’s repeated assaults, however she did personally file a complaint with Ofcom following the airing of “GMB” (via the Daily Mail).

“Fresh off the heels of her first children’s book becoming a certified #1 New York Times bestseller, Duchess Meghan will be giving her only interview about #TheBench to Samantha Balaban at the renowned NPR Weekend show, this Sunday between 8am-10am Eastern,” royal commentator Omid Scobie tweeted on Friday.
