Brooke Shields revealed to People that Tom Cruise has stopped sending her a cake every Christmas, after having received the treat for a decade.

The $126 bundt cake is reportedly sent to the actor’s famous friends as a holiday gift. Shields, who was “on the list for awhile” and “had a good 10-year run,” expressed her satisfaction with receiving the coconut cake annually.

However, the actress joked that Cruise had cut his ex-wife Katie Holmes and their daughter, Suri, from his Christmas card.

Shields went on to explain the evolution of Cruise’s holiday card.

“It was from them and Suri [at first], so it was the three of them, and then soon it was no Suri and no Katie and just Tom,” she stated.

“Then it went from just Tom for a while, but not every holiday. And then the cake stopped.”

The actress clarified that the change happened in recent years and had nothing to do with her past feud with Cruise over her post-partum depression medication.

In 2005, Cruise infamously called Shields “irresponsible” for promoting medication for post-partum depression.

Shields responded with a “ridiculous rant.”

Despite the scandal, the duo moved past the issue and remained friends.

Shields attended Cruise and Holmes’ “extraordinary” wedding in 2006, and her eldest daughter, Rowan, had a joint 1st birthday party with Suri the following year.

Cruise and Holmes divorced in 2012, and according to a source who spoke with Page Six last month, the actor no longer has a relationship with their 16-year-old daughter, Suri.

The insider revealed that Cruise hasn’t seen Suri in a very long time.

Meanwhile, Holmes revealed to Variety last month how “wild” it feels that the teenager is nearly as old as she was when she began filming “Dawson’s Creek.”

The mother-daughter pair “had a good laugh” about the six-season WB show during the COVID-19 pandemic.
