Elizabeth Hurley Shows Off Abs in String Bikini on Instagram

Elizabeth Hurley spends almost all of her time in a swimsuit (seriously, check her Instagram). And she recently shared a fresh photo of herself soaking up the rays in one.

The 56-year-old actress and model can be seen standing on a beach in front of the sea. She’s dressed in a toffee bikini with gold chain strings. “Oh yeeeeees… finally sun, sea and sun,” she wrote in the caption.

As soon as she shared her image, the actress received 150 thousand likes and thousands of comments in which her admirers could not stop praising her beauty.

“Looks so good on you,” Deborah Lipmann wrote. “🔥♥️🔥,” said Tamara Mellon. “Oh groovy baby 🔥❤️😍,” another poster said.

Hurley’s recent Instagram post joins a slew of others, mostly of herself wearing bikinis from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection.

The model, actress, and designer sprang to fame some years ago when, as Hugh Grant’s girlfriend, she accompanied the actor to the premiere of the film “Four Weddings and a Funeral,” which was held in California.

Elizabeth has stated that she is not a gym goer, but she takes fitness seriously and keeps active on a daily basis. In fact, she basically invented the concept of found fitness. (If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it refers to finding ways to remain active within your daily routine.)

“I don’t really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health.

She also believes in “gentle exercise and lots of it,” as she stated in a 2019 interview with Us Weekly. “So I believe in being active, going for walks, stretching, maybe a little yoga or a little Pilates. But I don’t like high impact, high energy sports. I don’t actually think they do you much good. As long as you get your heart rate to the rate you need it to get, which is a fast walk. But you need to do a bit of it.”

She uses an activity tracker to verify she is meeting her targets. “I walk every day, so I try and hit my 10,000 steps a day and I do some stretching every day. And then sometimes I do a bit more, but that’s enough for me really,” she said in the interview.

Liz, 56, enjoys gardening and, in particular, logging—that is, felling trees and moving them around. “I am very active,” she previously Extra. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active.”
