Willow Smith’s words are inspiring people all around the world.

Bella Hadid posted a video of Willow on Tuesday, along with a lengthy caption about her nervousness and a gallery of her own crying selfies. She quoted Willow, who said that every human is unique and special, and that everyone forgets that everyone is “lost, confused, not really sure why they’re here. That anxiety, like, everyone is feeling that- – and trying to cover it up in some way.”

“I Love you and your words . It made me feel a little less alone and that’s why I’d like to post this,” Hadid said in the caption, addressing Smith specifically.

The 25-year-old discussed the sentiments of uneasiness and confusion that we all have from time to time. “People forget that everyone is basically feeling the same way: lost, confused, not really sure why they’re here,” she added, noting that everyone has ever been anxious and tried to hide it in some manner.

“We’re gonna come together in our flaws. In our insecurities, in our joy, in our happiness, and accept it all as beautiful and natural. ”

Hadid said with nine photographs of herself crying, “This is pretty much my every day, every night. For a few years now.”

“Self help and mental illness/chemical imbalance is not linear and it is almost like a flowing rollercoaster of obstacles … it has its ups and downs, and side to sides. But I want you to know, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and the rollercoaster always comes to a complete stop at some point.

Bella Hadid also said that she’s had “enough breakdowns and burnouts” to know that understanding your traumas, triggers, and pleasures can help you better manage your mental health.

“if you work hard enough on yourself, spending time alone to understand your traumas, triggers, joys, and routine, you will always be able to understand or learn more about your own pain and how to handle it. Which is all that you can ask of yourself,” she added.

She ended by saying that it’s becoming “harder and harder to not share my truth.”

“Thank you for seeing me and thank you for listening. I love you.”

Bella’s sister, Gigi Hadid, expressed her affection for her in the comments section.

“Your honesty and tenderness heals so many ❤️,” Willow commented in response to the sensitive post.

Bella Hadid took a sabbatical from social media in January to focus on her mental health. After returning to Instagram, Bella commented, “Take time to get help for your mental health. It’s worth it to get to your full potential.”

Hadid has already discussed her personal troubles. She turned to Instagram in January to reflect on the severe depression she has had since she was 14 years old. “As many of you know, I have suffered from extreme depression and anxiety for most of my teenage and adult life. Since I was 14, I had tried everything to help myself feel better,” she stated.
