The woman accusing Rudy Giuliani of s**ual assault
Noelle Dunphy, a published writer and business consultant, has accused Rudy Giuliani of s**ually assaulting her while she was working for him as an associate between 2019 and 2021.

In a federal lawsuit filed in Manhattan, the 44-year-old alleged that she was regularly subjected to s**ual abuse by her ex-employer, who had his law license suspended after defending his client following the 2020 election.

The bombshell filing includes claims that Giuliani frequently demanded that she perform oral s** on him, with some instances occurring while he was on speakerphone with former President Trump.

She also alleged that he forced her to lie to the FBI during their investigation.

Dunphy claimed that she was forced to keep the arrangement a secret due to Giuliani’s ongoing divorce proceedings with his longtime wife, Judith.

During that time, she stated that she worked off-the-books, with Giuliani telling her that her pay would have to be deferred and their employment kept secret until the split was finalized due to fear of retaliation from his former spouse.

Dunphy, who runs her own consultant business while also working as a writer and model, claimed that she entered into a romantic relationship with Giuliani after he hired her in January 2019.

However, many of their alleged interactions came without warning and by force.

More than two years later, Giuliani has failed to pay her a single cent of her $1 million salary, and Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages for multiple causes of action, including the alleged $2 million in back wages.

She first announced her intention to sue in January, prompting Giuliani to demand to see a criminal complaint.

Dunphy has since obliged, filing the high-profile lawsuit on May 15.

According to her official website, she has over 20 years of experience helping various companies with Big Apple business development.

She is also a renowned writer, with credits including the NY Daily News, Newsday, and ghostwriting gigs for various unnamed politicians.

Furthermore, she works part-time as a model, appearing in internationally aired commercials, magazine ads, TV shows, and feature films.

Her blog contains many photos of her with Giuliani, seen posing at star-studded events between 2017 and 2020.

Dunphy also accused Giuliani of creating a toxic work environment, saying that he was often drunk and made racist and bigoted remarks in his office.

She claimed that he insisted she work from his apartment n^ked or in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her.

Dunphy also said that Giuliani regularly bombarded her with calls and text messages, many of which she saved.

Giuliani has denied all of the allegations, including battery, and plans to fight them in court.

Dunphy is willing to back up the claims with audio recordings and screen grabs of text messages, seeking $10 million in damages.

She told The Daily Beast that Giuliani was a “sexist s**ual predator and abuser” and that they were romantically involved at one point.

She labeled Giuliani “a manipulative abuser” and added that seeking justice against a powerful man is terrifying, but she cannot remain silent any longer.

Through this case, Dunphy seeks a measure of justice from a man who thought his power and connections rendered him untouchable.
