Actor Jeremy Renner has been accused of threatening to kill himself and his ex-wife, according to a lawsuit filed against him.

Renner, who is known for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel film franchise, is currently in a custody battle with his ex-wife, Canadian model Sonni Pacheco, over their six-year-old daughter, Ava.

Pacheco has accused Renner of drug use and emotional abuse, and is seeking full custody of their daughter.

In legal documents filed in Los Angeles, Pacheco alleges that Renner once threatened to kill her, and on one occasion, stuck a gun in his mouth before shooting it into the ceiling.

The lawsuit claims that Renner was high on cocaine at the time and said he could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone. Pacheco also alleges that Renner took cocaine while looking after Ava and once left the drug on a bathroom counter within the childs reach.

A representative for Renner has denied the allegations, stating that they are one-sided and that the wellbeing of Ava has always been Renners primary focus.

The representative also stated that the matter is for the court to decide.

Renner and Pacheco married in January 2014 and filed for divorce later that year.

Since then, they have been engaged in a bitter custody battle over their daughter.

Pacheco has accused Renner of failing to pay child support and of being an unfit parent.

Renner has denied these allegations and has accused Pacheco of making false statements about him.

The lawsuit filed by Pacheco comes just weeks after Renner was accused of making sexist and derogatory remarks about women in a bar.

Renner allegedly referred to women as bitches and whores and joked about killing them.

The comments were reportedly made during a promotional event for a new tequila brand that Renner is involved with.

Renner has not yet commented on the allegations of sexism, but his representative has denied the accusations of drug use and emotional abuse made by Pacheco.

The representative stated that Renner is a devoted father and that his priority is his daughters wellbeing.

The allegations made by Pacheco are serious and could have a significant impact on Renners custody battle.

If the court finds that Renner has been abusive towards Pacheco or has put Avas safety at risk, it could affect his chances of gaining custody of his daughter.

The case is still ongoing.

Renner and Pacheco have both made serious accusations against each other, and it will be up to the court to determine the truth of these claims.

In the meantime, Renners reputation has been damaged by the allegations made against him.

If the accusations of drug use and emotional abuse are proven to be true, it could have a significant impact on his career as an actor.

Renner has been a popular and successful actor for many years, but these allegations could change the publics perception of him.

Renners representatives have stated that the wellbeing of Ava is his primary concern, but it remains to be seen whether the court will agree.

Whatever the outcome of the case, it is clear that there are serious issues at play, and the truth will need to be determined.
