Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Hozier took cover in a bathroom as police tried to shut down a wild Grammy after-party in Mark Ronson’s hotel room.

The trio was joined by 40 other partygoers as the police attempted to gain access to the room.

Speaking on Radio 1, Sheeran said, “We ended up at a party in Mark Ronson’s room and then the police shut it down.”

Swift continued, “That made us feel so cool. And then we had to hide in a bathroom. There was like 40 of us.”

“I grabbed Ed and I was like, ‘Cops are here, come with me!’ I never thought I’d be the one saying that.”

The incident occurred in Los Angeles after the 2015 Grammy Awards ceremony.

Swift explained, “Hozier was just standing behind a door.”

“He’s like 6ft 4, he’s a tall dude, so to see him standing behind a door, it was an odd site.

“A lot of weird things happened that night.” Meanwhile, Sheeran added, “We were all quite drunk, and we just went to a party and then had a party in the hotel room afterwards. We just had a good time.”

Swift also recalled a few more strange moments from that night.

She said, “I woke up with an email from The Weeknd, and he was like, ‘You told me how beautiful I was for like 15 minutes straight and started to pet my hair.’ It looked really cool that night, and I apparently went on and on about it. I was like, ‘You’re so magnificent!'” The Weeknd was in attendance at the after-party, and Swift praised his performance during the Grammy Awards.

The police incident was the result of the party getting out of hand.

Ronson, who was celebrating his Best Pop Duo/Group Performance win for “Uptown Funk” with Bruno Mars, reportedly hosted a large group of friends and colleagues in his hotel room.

The event featured live music performances and plenty of alcohol.

Swift and Sheeran were not the only celebrities in attendance.

The likes of Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Rihanna were also spotted at the party.

Swift and Sheeran share a close friendship and have frequently collaborated on music together.

Sheeran has also spoken about how Swift has helped him navigate the music industry.

In a 2017 interview with Rolling Stone, Sheeran said, “I don’t think I would have been able to deal with [the fame] as well if I hadn’t had herBeing able to talk to someone who knows what you’re going through really helps.”

Swift has been relatively quiet in recent months as she works on re-recording her early albums.

However, she did recently release a new single, “Mr. Perfectly Fine,” which is featured on the re-release of her 2008 album Fearless.

Swift has also hinted that a new album may be on the way soon.
