Queen Elizabeth ‘died long ago’ and was replaced by a hologram

In recent news, wild conspiracy theories have emerged that suggest that Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away on September 8, 2022, was replaced by a hologram in her public appearances.

The theory has been spouted by members of the QAnon community, a largely US-based online group that has attracted impressionable right-wing individuals.

The timing of the announcement of the Queen’s death, which occurred exactly 1,776 days after the first “Q drop” on the message board site 4chan from a mysterious figure known as ‘Q,’ has been considered by some as too cryptic to be a coincidence.

1776 holds great significance to the QAnon movement as it marks the year the United States gained independence from the British crown.

John Sabal and his wife, Amy, also known as The Patriot Voice, have suggested that the Queen may have been murdered as part of a secret plan that has been carried out for years.

In a statement to their 64,000 Telegram followers, The Patriot Voice said, “The Queen died EXACTLY 1776 days after the first Q drop…I do NOT believe in coincidences. The scope of this operation is FAR more complex than we can even begin to imagine.”

Stormy Patriot Joe, another prominent QAnon account, expressed a different sentiment, saying, “Today the Queen passes. I’m sure it’s all a coincidence.”

Additionally, there have been claims that the Queen was replaced by a hologram when she welcomed the new Prime Minister Liz Truss to her post and Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, just two days before her passing.

However, these claims are not supported by any evidence.

Despite the Queen’s passing being a significant event, Elizabeth II has only been mentioned once in the thousands of Q drops since 2017, as reported by The Daily Beast’s Will Sommer.

In a statement, Mr. Sommer said, “One faction thought a random New Zealand guy was the rightful monarch. I’ve seen multiple speeches derailed at QAnon conventions when speakers stopped talking about Democrats to rant instead about the House of Windsor.”
