Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary today, November 22nd, but they aren’t doing so together. Because they are both booked and busy actors, they will have to settle for a facetime dinner date tonight because Manganiello is presently on set in Ireland filming Moonhaven. Thankfully, they both made each other feel special on social media by sharing images and videos from their wedding day.

“Feliz Aniversario mi amor! 6yrs. To many more! Love u!” she the four-time Golden Globe nominee, 49, wrote in the caption.

Vergara is wearing a lovely strapless white gown with a diamond necklace and matching bracelet in the flashback photo, while her spouse is dressed in a black tuxedo. A photo of their magnificent, five-tier wedding cake is also included in the slideshow.

Manganiello quickly followed suit, posting a video of the pair on their wedding day blissfully dancing to Frank Sinatra’s The Way You Look Tonight.

“Six years ago today I married the woman of my dreams. Feliz Aniversario mi amor… I can’t believe it’s been six years, time flew! I love and miss you so much,” the True Blood star said in the video’s caption.

In 2015, Vergara and Manganiello married in a small ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida.

Reese Witherspoon, Channing Tatum, and Sofia Vergara’s Modern Family co-stars attended the wedding, and the groom did a Magic Mike-inspired dance for his wife. The pair eventually headed off to Turks & Caicos for a romantic honeymoon.

During an interview with Haute Living, he said of the proposal, “I proposed to her on Christmas Eve; [we dated for] about six months. When you know, you know, and we knew right away—like, very quickly. We had this big bay window [that I opened up], and the sun was going down pink over the mountains and over the bay, and I had this ring. I had looked at every ring in the world, and this is the ring that I wanted. I had a whole speech prepared in Spanish. I proposed to her on one knee in Spanish with the sun going down. It was awesome.”

In August, he told Jess Cagle that he knew she was the one straight away.

“I knew pretty quickly that I could trust her, and she knew pretty quickly that she could trust me,” the “True Blood” star said. “And we’re both the kind of people who are capable of putting the other person ahead of ourselves. I was capable of putting her wishes ahead of mine, whatever they were, and she was capable of doing the same. Once you have that, you don’t let go of it.”

He also said that he travelled to New Orleans for their first date, where Vergara was filming a movie.

“I said, ‘I’m coming to New Orleans. If you’re not available, I’m just gonna do some sightseeing, but I’m gonna be there and if you’re free I can take you out,’” Manganiello admitted. “She said, ‘You’re crazy.’ I said, ‘I’ll see you next week.’”

Six years later, it’s clear that the Hollywood couple still adores and respects one another. Last Monday, the 44-year-old published a candid photo of himself in the middle of a sentence, while Vergara glanced at him with a huge smile on her face. “Ah, to have a woman like Sophia who looks at Joe like she’s completely smitten by him,” one fan said. Others remarked about how sexy and lovely they are together.
