The 49-year-old artist had not expected his face to draw so much attention. It was compared to celebrities who had undergone various aesthetic operations, such as Zac Efron, who was recently chastised for several photos in which his face appeared bloated.

This isn’t the first time the musician has been spotted with a “transformed face,” as he recently uploaded a video on his Instagram account showing his bloated face and shrunken eyes.

Even in a recent Telemundo interview with Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin appeared to have a different look than before his comeback to television.
