Justin Bieber has retaliated on social media in reaction to an allegation made regarding his relationships with Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez.

On Monday, the singer uploaded a picture of his wife, Hailey Baldwin, relaxing on Instagram. A commenter decided to divert the debate away from the photo, which appeared to be one that any newlywed would share in honor of his wife.

The person commented, stating that Bieber “isn’t in love” with Baldwin before hurling additional insults at her.

The musician uploaded a photo of a long message he sent to one Jelena fan, who was alleging that he just married Baldwin to get back at Gomez, in an Instagram Story he published this morning. “Stop sending these texts to Hailey and me. Stop sending Hailey and I these messages. If you love me, screenshot this and repost everywhere,” he said in the caption.

Bieber, 25, defended his wife, 22, saying he doesn’t normally respond to trolls and “will never again,” but that he wanted to take advantage of the chance to “reply to all the sick people who send her hurtful messages.”

“Ur immature the fact that you have an account dedicated to dissing my wife and I is absolutely absurd why would I dedicate my whole life to someone in marriage to get back at my ex, anyone who believes this is mean spirited or 10 years old or younger because a logical person doesn’t talk or think this way u should be ashamed to yourself really,” Justin responded after seeing the comment.

Bieber told the fan that while he “loved and will always love” his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, he is “head over heels” with Baldwin, and that real fans should understand and appreciate his decision because she is the woman he chose to marry.

Justin went on to write, “I absolutely loved and love Selena she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over heels in love with my wife and she is absolutely the BEST THING that has ever happened to me period.”

The actor also posted a lengthy response to the comment on his Instagram story, asking with followers not to send him or Baldwin any more hatred.

“I don’t like to even give it my energy but this is a reply to all immature sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like ‘he always goes back to Selena’ or ‘Selena is better for him’ YOU HAVE NO IDEA MY LIFE AND WHats good for me!!” Bieber retaliated. “Hailey is my Bride period if you don’t like that or support that means you don’t support me and if you don’t support me you’re not a fan nor a good person, if you were raised right your parents would have said if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything.”

Last week, Baldwin slammed Bieber’s legions of followers for “wanting to see their relationship fail.”

“I don’t know if it’s because they want to be able to say, ‘I told you so’ or because they want to be right, I don’t really know what the idea is behind trying to tear somebody’s relationship down, or person down, whatever it may be,” she told Cosmopolitan.

Justin married Hailey in a courtroom ceremony in September after an on-again, off-again romance with Selena.
