At the ‘F9’ film premiere on Friday, actress Jordana Brewster discussed her crush on late actor Paul Walker.
Jordana stopped by E! News on the red carpet to find that director Rob Cohen claimed Paul had a hidden crush on her during filming the first Fast And Furious film, The Fast And The Furious, back in 2001. The actress gushed in response:
“Aww! I didn’t know that!”
But then she unleashed her own bombshell. She was crushing on him as well.
She pondered, “I had a crush on him more after like… from 4 to 7 I had a crush on him.”
When questioned why she didn’t tell him she loved him, she answered she never got the chance, and she had a feeling he already knew on many levels.
She also stated that things between her and Paul would have been different if she had learned things a bit sooner.
Given how long the two worked together on the franchise (which began 20 years ago! ), it’s inevitable that they developed feelings for one another. Mia Toretto and Brian O’Conner were a stunning pair on screen, so imagine how fans would respond if they got together in real life!
Jordana married Andrew Form in 2007 and they have two sons, Rowan and Julian. But, as usual, the ‘Fast and Furious’ family holds a particular place in her heart.
Walker passed away in 2013 as a result of injuries received in a single-vehicle automobile accident. He died during the production of Furious 7, thus stand-ins were utilized to finish his part. Jordana’s return to the Fast and Furious world is her first since the 2015 sequel’s sad finale, which served as a goodbye to both Brian and Paul.
