Gina Rodriguez has recently demonstrated how kind she is to her followers.

The Jane the Virgin star has once again proven that she is a true gem by responding to a fan on Twitter who expressed interest in wearing Rodriguez’s Golden Globes gown to her prom. Not only did she receive recognition from the celebrity, but she also got the a dress!

The fan tweeted: “so would love to wear your golden globes dress to prom.”

Rodriguez responded on Twitter, stating that while she doesn’t possess the gown, she does own a 2015 strapless black Badgley Mischka gown that she would be pleased to lend to the youngster for her special day. And, while it’s not the dress of Casanova’s dreams, it’s even better because Rodriguez wore it to accept her Golden Globe last year.

She wore it when she won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy Series, beating out veterans like Edie Falco and Julia Louis-Dreyfus!

When Gina took the stage, she was obviously emotional and moved by the victory

“Wow. Thank you, God, for creating an artist in me,” she said. She went on to thank her two families: her fellow cast members and her actual family, after appreciating her managers at the CW and Jane the Virgin.

“Thank you to my entire cast. I am nothing without you,” she gushed. “Thank you to my mom and my dad who tell me to dream big and never stop dreaming. Thank you to my sisters and my siblings…for being the biggest role models.”

Gina later inquired about the fan’s location and double-checked that she understands the dress she’s referring to.

Rodriguez has been in contact with the fan, according to an ABC News source, and wants to make arrangements to deliver her the desired gown.

Following the chat, another fan suggested Rodriguez form a “Sisterhood of the Traveling Dress,” which Rodriguez enthusiastically agreed to.
