New footage of Reese Witherspoon’s arrest for disorderly conduct has emerged, in which the actress’s drink-fueled ranting is seen to have upset her husband, Jim Toth, who had himself just been booked for a DUI.

The dash-cam video shows Reese and Jim sitting in the back of the police car discussing their predicament.

In a near-comical row, Jim appears to be trying to make his wife understand that she should have stayed in their vehicle while the police officer was attempting to get him to perform a field sobriety test.

“All you should have done is let me get arrested,” said Jim, to which Reese indignantly asks, “Arrested for WHAT?” Seemingly unable to process the reasons for her arrest, Reese tells her husband: “Wait.

I have threatened him [the officer]? And put him in a position that he feels vulnerable? Honestly. Come ON! Come on honey.”

Earlier in the footage, Reese is heard informing the officer that her arrest would make him famous.

“My name is Reese Witherspoon,” she declares. “You are arresting me for obstruction of justice. It will be on the national news. I just want you to know.”

On Thursday, three more videos were released on TMZ, showing Reese drunkenly slurring and screaming at a police officer in Atlanta, Georgia.

After repeated requests from the police officer and her husband to stay quiet, her antagonistic exchange with the police officer ended in her being handcuffed and charged.

In the video, an agitated Reese attempts to protest after husband Jim was handcuffed after failing a field sobriety test. The officer told the actress several times to sit down and stay in the car, much to her chagrin.

In the footage, Reese appears to be inebriated and tries to pull the ‘don’t you know who I am?’ card.

“Do you know my name sir?” she asks the policeman, who responds with a curt “Don’t need to know.”

“You don’t NEED to know my name?” an incredulous Reese asks. “You’re about to find out who I am.”

Clearly furious at being handcuffed, the actress begins to indignantly accuse the officer of harassment.

“I’m a U.S. citizen… I’m allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask,” she screams.

“You’re harassing me as an American citizen. You better not arrest me.”

Reese’s husband, Jim Toth, was also arrested for DUI, but pleaded guilty and received no jail time, but must perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education programme.

Reese Witherspoon pleaded “no contest” to charges stemming from her disorderly conduct arrest two weeks ago.

The actress was ordered to pay a $213 fine on the charge of “physical obstruction of another,” according to TMZ who released an explosive video of the star’s arrest.

Hours before the footage was posted, Reese appeared on Good Morning America in her first interview since her arrest.

Speaking publicly for the first time about the incident, she said: “It was just one of those nights – we went out to dinner and had one too many glasses of wine. We thought we were OK to drive but we definitely were not. We are just so sorry this happened. We know better than that. It’s something that will absolutely never happen again. I had no idea what I was thinking that night. I saw him arrest my husband and I just panicked. I said all kinds of crazy things to the officer. I even told him I was pregnant. I am not pregnant!”

When asked what she said to her children about the incident, the actress told ABC:

“The worst part was having to speak to the kids. We are so embarrassed by it, but we just had to tell them that when you make a mistake, you have to take responsibility. We were honest with them.”

Reese Witherspoon has since apologized for her behavior, saying in a statement that she is “deeply embarrassed” and “made a mistake.”

She added, “It is something I will always regret. I know better, and I will do better.”

The actress, known for her roles in “Legally Blonde” and “Walk the Line,” has won an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. She is also a producer and a strong advocate for women’s rights and gender equality.

Witherspoon is the founder of the production company Hello Sunshine, which focuses on telling women’s stories and is also a co-founder of the media company ATTN:, which aims to create informative and entertaining content for young people.

Despite this recent incident, Reese Witherspoon continues to work on her projects, including the upcoming movie “The Good Lie,” in which she stars as a Southern woman who takes a Sudanese refugee into her home. The film is slated for a December release.

The incident has, however, left a mark on her reputation, and the media scrutiny of her behavior has been intense.

The incident has also raised questions about the use of privilege and entitlement in situations like these.

The actress’s attempt to use her fame to get out of trouble has been widely criticized, and many have pointed out the irony of her recent role in the TV series “Big Little Lies,” which deals with issues of privilege, entitlement, and domestic violence.

Reese Witherspoon has acknowledged her mistake and apologized for her behavior.

She has also expressed regret for involving her husband in the incident, stating in her statement that “I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police, and I’m sorry for involving Jim [Toth] in this situation.”

Jim Toth, for his part, has been praised for his handling of the situation. While he was also arrested for DUI, he accepted responsibility for his actions and pleaded guilty.

His statement to the police officer, “I’m sorry. I had absolutely nothing to do with that,” has been widely praised as a model of how to take responsibility for one’s actions and avoid exacerbating a difficult situation.

The incident has also sparked conversations about the dangers of drunk driving and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s actions.

While Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth were fortunate to have been stopped before they caused any harm, the incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of driving under the influence and the consequences of irresponsible behavior.
