Miley Cyrus defends showing her b**bs in public

Miley Cyrus, a former Disney star turned singer and actress, is known for her bold and near-n/ked fashion choices.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in August 2015, Cyrus spoke candidly about her fashion choices, her father’s reaction to them, and people’s attitudes towards her near-ndity.

When asked about her dad Billy Ray Cyrus’ thoughts on her revealing outfits, Cyrus replied that while he may prefer her not to show her breasts all the time, he would rather she be a good person than wear a shirt like a “b*tch.”

She also expressed her belief that people who wear clothes can be “kindsa a**holes” and that she feels more comfortable with her breasts exposed.

Cyrus also shared a story about feeling comfortable in her own skin while in the company of music legends Paul McCartney and Joan Jett.

“I saw him not knowing how to talk to me, which I don’t know really how to talk to Paul McCartney, so it made me very comfortable because they made him more uncomfortable,” she said.

The singer also spoke about people’s attitudes towards the female breast, saying that “humans aren’t afraid of the human brast, it’s the npple that’s the issue.”

Cyrus added that she is always concerned about the nipple being exposed, despite the fact that showing her breasts is not a problem.

“So America is actually fine with tts, it’s npples they don’t like,” she said.

Cyrus went on to criticize the double standards surrounding female nvdity, saying, “The nipple that you can’t show everyone has but the jug part that everyone doesn’t… you are allowed to show underb**b. I’ve never understood the way that works.”

During the interview, Cyrus wore a sequined multi-colored two-piece outfit, complete with silver and pink heart pasties, an open jacket, and an ankle-length skirt with slits.

She also wore a headpiece adorned with flowers and feathers.

Cyrus is known for her bold fashion choices, which often involve wearing revealing outfits or going topless.

In 2013, she made headlines for her provocative performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, during which she twerked and gyrated against Robin Thicke while wearing a nude-colored latex outfit.

Despite the controversy surrounding her fashion choices, Cyrus has continued to push boundaries and challenge societal norms.

She has been a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and has used her platform to promote body positivity and self-love.

In a 2014 interview with W Magazine, Cyrus spoke about her decision to embrace her sexuality and shed her Disney image.

“I’m just trying to find a balance, because I’m not trying to f*cking be a rap star, I’m not trying to be the biggest thing in the world,” she said. “I’m just trying to be Miley.”

Cyrus has also been open about her struggles with mental health and addiction, and has used her experiences to raise awareness and advocate for mental health resources.

In 2020, she spoke about her decision to be sober for six months and encouraged others to seek help if they were struggling with addiction.
