Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are reportedly facing issues in their relationship.
The couple was spotted looking unhappy during dinner at Masa in the Time Warner Center.
A source told Page Six, “They are miserable together. They have been for months. He doesn’t drink and is into spirituality. She wants to go out.”
It has been rumored that the couple’s poor relationship has been the topic of discussion among the big Russian modeling community, with Shayk being from Yemanzhelinsk.
Another source claimed that they saw the couple at Masa and stated, “They were not looking happy. They barely spoke to each other at the start of the meal. Halfway through, she started looking off to the side and he was moody.”
However, another source close to the couple denied any rumors of unhappiness, stating that the talk of misery is “not true.”
The couple seemed to have improved since their dinner, as they were seen looking cozy and happy at Sant Ambroeus downtown.
A source close to Shayk stated that she is focusing on her Kooples collaboration and being happy back in New York.
The supermodel teamed up with Stella Maxwell to create a handbag collection for the line in August.
Despite rumors of trouble in paradise, the cause of their unhappiness could possibly be due to Cooper’s discomfort with the press.
A source stated, “He hates doing press, so he’s been a bit of a pill. He did not like that New York Times profile on him at all.”
The profile, “Bradley Cooper Is Not Really Into This Profile” mentioned that Cooper was not happy about the press tour for “A Star Is Born.”
The author added, “He doesn’t like my questions… He doesn’t like questions about his personal life.” Cooper himself expressed his discomfort with the profile, stating, “I won’t have any control, and it really isn’t a collaboration.”
