An Instagram model named Sumner Stroh has accused Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine of having an affair with her.

Stroh made the claim in a TikTok video on Monday, in which she said she and Levine had a physical relationship when she was “young, naive and exploited.”

Stroh, who has over 338,000 followers on Instagram and an OnlyFans account, alleged that she and Levine were seeing each other for nearly a year, although the exact timeline is unclear.

Levine, 43, and model Behati Prinsloo, 34, have been married since July 2014 and announced on September 6 that they are expecting their third child.

In her TikTok video, which received more than 14.1 million views in a matter of hours, Stroh shared alleged messages between herself and Levine.

“It truly unreal how f–king hot you are,” Levine allegedly wrote in the messages, which did not show exact dates.

Stroh claimed that Levine asked her permission to name his unborn child “Sumner” in June of this year.

“Ok serious question,” Levine allegedly wrote. “I’m having another baby and if it’s w [sic] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious.”

When contacted by Page Six, Stroh said the alleged affair happened “last year” and was “physical, yes, but I’m not saying anything further.”

The New York Post has reached out to reps for Levine and Prinsloo for comment, but they have not yet responded to the claims.

On Tuesday, Levine denied having an affair but admitted he “crossed a line.” In a statement to TMZ, Levine said, “I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner.”

“I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate.

“I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.”

“My wife and my family is all I care about in this world,” Levine continued.

“To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make.

“I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”

In an Instagram Story, Stroh acknowledged receiving some backlash on social media about her claims.

“Aware people are going to try to fill in the gaps with many false assumptions,” she said.

“I don’t feel like I’m doing any favors considering the manner this had to go about. It’s a lot to digest but hopefully, at the very least, the truth being out there will make those of you who know me well feel like you know the real story.”

Stroh said she never intended to make the alleged affair public, but a friend reportedly sent the screenshots to a tabloid and “attempted to sell [them].”

“So here I am,” she said.

Stroh also addressed Levine’s statement denying the affair in her Instagram Story. “It’s a start but it’s not enough,” she said.

“It’s not about attention for me, it’s about holding someone accountable for their actions and their lack of honesty and remorse.”

Stroh’s TikTok video has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many expressing shock and disbelief at the allegations.

Some have defended Levine, while others have called for more information and evidence to be provided.

This is not the first time that Levine has faced controversy.

In 2011, he was criticized for his behavior on “The Voice,” with some accusing him of being rude and disrespectful to his fellow coaches and contestants.

Levine has also faced backlash for his perceived lack of support for the Black Lives Matter movement and for his decision to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show in 2019, which was protested by some for its association with the NFL’s handling of player protests against racial injustice.
