After uploading a photo of baby feet on her Instagram account, Shailene Woodley has left fans puzzled and wondering if she is pregnant or has recently given birth. The 29-year-old actress, who is engaged to Aaron Rodgers, shared the simple black-and-white snapshot with no explanation, prompting fans to guess about what it all meant.

Many people wondered if the baby was a friend’s or if it was her own with fiance Aaron, while others speculated that the snapshot of a newborn’s feet was a ploy for her to tease that she’s expecting her first kid.

“IS SHAILENE WOODLEY PREGNANT…?” one fan wondered, while another posed a variety of queries, including, “IS SHE A MOM? IS THAT A RANDOM BABY? WHO IS THAT? DID SHAILENE WOODLEY HAD A BABY AND NO ONE KNEW? I NEED SOME INFORMATION HERE.”

“Shailene Woodley just posted a picture of baby feet and I’m just waiting for news to drop that Aaron Rodgers has a baby boy that will grow up to be our franchise QB,” another fan tweeted.

Woodley’s and Rodgers’ representatives did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.

Rodgers previously stated that the break from his Los Angeles-based fiancée will be a “good thing” while he prepared for football season in Wisconsin. “It’s a busy work time for her, so [my decision] probably came at a good time for both of us to be able to focus on our work.” During the summer, Woodley also stated that the pair is in “no rush” to plan their forthcoming wedding and is simply “enjoying” each other’s company.

After Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron surprised fans by thanking his “fiancée” during an MVP award speech only days before, speculations that Aaron was dating Shailene began to circulate, but neither side had officially acknowledged their relationship at the time.

The couple began dating in 2020 and became engaged in February 2021.

This isn’t the first time the pair has kept their personal lives quiet; they didn’t even admit they were dating until February, when they announced their engagement.

“When we announced that we were engaged, we wanted to do that only because we didn’t want someone else to do it before we did,” she admitted to The Hollywood Reporter.

“The reaction to it was really a lot, and so we were like, ‘Let’s just politely decline [to talk about the relationship] for a little while and live in our little bubble,’” she said in July.

During the pandemic, they became closer, eventually moving in together and going back and forth between California and Wisconsin.

Shailene recalled, “You could travel, but you had masks on. There was a sense of anonymity that otherwise I don’t think we would have had.”

“We were really able to get to know one another the way we wanted to get to know one another and not have any noise or chaos around us,” the Divergent star said.
