The newest Prince Harry story claims that on the eve of his wedding to Meghan Markle, the Duke of Sussex had a “ferocious fight” with his brother Prince William.

According to the Mail on Sunday, the precise facts of what occurred remain unknown.

Robert Lacey exposes fresh alleged facts regarding the friction between Prince William and Prince Harry in newly updated chapters and material to his 2020 book, Battle of Brothers: The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult.

The brothers have had a number of squabbles over the years, according to a source, the worst of which occurred the night before Harry’s wedding.

The brothers were all smiles in front of the crowds the day before the wedding, with Harry claiming he was feeling “great.”

However, it seems that this was not the situation behind the scenes.

According to Lacey, William learned about the alleged bullying allegations against Meghan from a top royal staffer around that time in 2018. When William confronted Harry about it, Lacey claims they had a “fierce and bitter” fight.

“When Harry flared up in furious defense of his wife, the elder brother persisted,” Lacey writes. “Harry shut off his phone angrily, so William went to speak to him personally. The prince was horrified by what he had just been told about Meghan’s alleged behavior, and he wanted to hear what Harry had to say. The showdown between the brothers was fierce and bitter.”

“William threw Harry out,” a source close to the Duke of Sussex told Lacey.

Meanwhile, it’s been said that Kate was “wary of Meghan from the start.”

William reportedly felt “hurt and betrayed” and thought Meghan was “stealing his beloved brother away from him”

In a shocking interview with Oprah in March, Harry discussed his current relationship with his brother and father.

He described the time before he and Meghan stood down as senior royals as being “trapped, but I didn’t know I was trapped.”

“But the moment that I met Meg, and our worlds collided in the most amazing of ways and then [I began] to see how trapped within the system, like, the rest of my family are. My father and my brother, they are trapped. They don’t get to leave, and I have huge compassion for that.”

Lacey says in a revised version of the book that the brothers were no longer communicating before the trip to Australia.

The brothers reunited for their grandpa, Prince Philip’s, funeral back in April, .
