The two-part “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reunion premiered on E! on Thursday night, and presenter Andy Cohen did not disappoint.

Kim Kardashian said that she “absolutely” believes she owes an apology to her ex-husband, Kris Humphries, for how she handled their split.

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kris, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner, sat down with Andy Cohen for the first of two parts of their Final Curtain reunion special, where the family discussed the most-talked-about moments from their 20 seasons on E!, as well as behind-the-scenes moments fans didn’t get to see.

Andy began the Humphries line of inquiry by saying, “Before Kanye, there was Kim’s famous $10 million wedding to Kris Humphries wedding that lasted almost as long as my last hangover. Let’s bring him out … Kris!”

Kim confessed during the discussion that she felt pushed to go through with her wedding to Humphries in 2011 since it was recorded for “KUWTK,” and she didn’t want to be remembered as “the runaway bride forever,” even though she got cold feet and didn’t want to get married.

In fact, Kim and her mother, Kris, claim that the infamous 72-day marriage nearly didn’t happen at all.

Jenner, according to Kim, told her: “Go. I’m going to put you in a car. No one will find you. Just leave, and I’ll handle it.”

“I would have died,” said Kim, who doubted Humphries would have attended if he had been invited. When Cohen asked who in the family believed the marriage would survive, Kourtney admitted that she “kinda did” at the time. “Why on earth did you guys let me do that?” Kim then polled the audience before disclosing how Kris offered her an out the night before they said “I do.”

Kim said on Thursday that she knew she’d “made the wrong decision” in marrying Humphries when the pair was on their honeymoon in Italy, and that simply glancing at his shoes in their hotel room made her feel “claustrophobic”

“I was so nervous to break up with someone,” Kim told Cohen about her split from Humphries. “I totally handled it the wrong way. I fully broke up with him in the worst way, and I just didn’t know to deal.”

“I learned so much from it,” she added.

“I tried calling him for months,” she said, revealing that she had an encounter with her ex at a Los Angeles hotel years later, when she was with Kanye and pregnant with their second child, Saint.

“All of [Kris’] friends got up from the table and said hi to me, and he just literally looked at me and, like, wouldn’t even speak to me.”

Eventually, Kim said that she wished she had followed her instincts.

In response to accusations that she simply said “I do” for the camera, Kim said that they were paid to film the wedding, but she put her whole money into the ceremony itself. “If that was fake, I would have saved my money,” she added, before admitting that, yes, she did feel “pressured that I was going to let everybody down” if she didn’t go through with it.

Kim filed for divorce just two months after their marriage, and it was completed in 2013, just before she gave birth to North with then-boyfriend rapper Kanye West.

“Six months after my divorce from Kris Humphries, I called Kanye and was like, ‘You’re not even gonna call me to say, ‘I told you so?'” she shared. “We met up six months later, and from that first night, I knew it was over… My marriage with Kanye and my kids is so real, and lots of love, and that to me was, like, my first real marriage.”
