Ariana Grande dazzled in a Versace gown in New York City on Tuesday, her first televised appearance since her May wedding to Dalton Gomez.

She was beaming when she appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden to promote the musical No Lockdowns Anymore, which marked the end of most Covid-19 restrictions in New York and California.

The song was a spoof of the Hairspray song Good Morning Baltimore, and it included a cameo by Broadway musical actress Marissa Jaret Winokur.

The friends and theatergoers performed “No Lockdowns Anymore,” a hilarious parody of the Hairspray opening song, “Good Morning Baltimore.”

Ariana gave her 243 million Instagram followers a heads-up about her upcoming TV appearance by revealing her eye-catching yellow dress.

James started the musical performance by stepping out in a light pink bathrobe on a New York City stoop, only to be surprised by the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Ariana then left a hair shop, singing, ‘Look at my hair! I’m no longer scared to have it cut!’

She then bumped into Marissa on the street to ‘say hi on the street’ and ‘air kiss on the cheek’ before they rushed off to ‘get drunk and get matching tattoos.’

Ariana also expressed her desire for “no more sweatpants or zooming in.”

Corden and Grande perform a duet at the end of the theatrical performance, “It’s what we’ve been waiting for, to embrace all that life has in store. It’s time to make new memories. Once you’ve got the vaccine. Hug your family, feeling so relieved.”

This performance follows the lifting of most coronavirus restrictions on June 15 in New York and California, where at least 70% of individuals have gotten at least one vaccination dosage.

Ariana’s joyful song-and-dance performance was her first appearance on television since her surprise wedding to Dalton Gomez precisely one month ago on May 15.

Fans responded to Ariana Grande and James Corden’s musical spoof by leaving comments. Ariana was born to act in a musical, according to one fan, while her voice and performance in the skit were complimented by another. Other admirers praised the pair, saying that James and Ariana always create magic when they together. Fans also praised Ariana’s dress, calling it “stunning.”

The singer married a realtor in an intimate ceremony with just 20 guests at their California home.
