The 13,573-square-foot home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is located in The Vintage Club, a luxury neighborhood with an 85,000-square-foot clubhouse, lush grounds, a spa, golf course, and plenty of top-notch restaurants.
The couple, who had been together for 27 years and had three children, declared their separation on May 3.
According to the source, the 65-year-old billionaire has been hiding out in his multimillion-dollar home at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells for a few months.
“Bill clearly saw this divorce coming for a long time because he’s been there for around three months,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six.
According to Page Six, the 65-year-old Microsoft co-founder was spotted with his eldest daughter Jennifer, 25, and her fiance, Egyptian showjumper Nayel Nassar, at The Vintage Club this week. Over the past three months, he has been residing there.
