Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman Tour has been halted for the second time.

The 24-year-old was scheduled to perform in Vietnam on Wednesday, but her doctor advised her not to do so after she arrived in the Southeast Asian country.

According to a fan account, Ariana apologized “from the bottom of my heart” via Instagram stories and pledged to “make it up to you in the future.”

“My babes in Vietnam, I apologize from the bottom of my heart but I’m really dealing with some health problems at the moment,” the actress said on Stories.

“I came here to Vietnam, so excited to perform, my doctor won’t allow me to do the show for tonight,” she said, adding, “I’m so so sorry. There is nothing I hate to do more than to do this but I promise to make it up to you in the future. I love you and thank you for understanding.”

The performance was scheduled to take place in Vietnam’s Quan Khu 7 Stadium.

Her next performance is scheduled for Saturday in China.

So, what exactly are the “health issues”? Grande said in a 2014 interview with Billboard that she suffers from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which is a common complication for those with diabetes who don’t consume enough sugar. Dizziness, perspiration, pale skin, weakness, and nervousness are all symptoms that are not conducive to performing in front of thousands of people.

Though we don’t know why Grande isn’t performing this time, she has previously cancelled gigs. She had to cancel a concert in Rio in May 2016 owing to a throat and sinus ailment.
