Kristen Stewart has purchased a new $2.2 million home in Malibu, California, just 1.5 miles from Robert Pattinson’s home.

The 22-year-old actress is reported to have moved out of the pair’s shared Los Angeles home in the aftermath of her infidelity scandal with married director Rupert Sanders.

Kristen Stewart and Sanders met on the set of Snow White and the Hunstman. Sanders’ wife Libert Ross essayed the part of Stewart’s mother in the movie. Stewart allegedly described her romance with Rupert Sanders a temporary indiscretion.

The property features tropical landscaping and magnificent views of east Los Angeles.

While speculations mount about the status of the “Twilight” stars’ romance, it seems the actress has ensured she’s a short drive away.

The mansion also has several patios, giving lots of opportunities for al fresco eating, and even includes a fire pit, so Kristen and friends can relax by fireplace late into the night at winter.

The home also features a swimming pool with built-in spa and terraced gardens encircled by high walls, to provide seclusion.

Kristen and Robert were sighted publicly together again for the first time since she was caught cheating over the weekend, at both Ye Rustic Inn and Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

RealEstalker reports Stewart acquired the 3,361-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ fashionable Los Feliz area in August.

Stewart and Pattinson previously shared a Spanish-style home in Los Feliz, which the latter purchased for $6.275 million in September of last year.

They are expected to start promoting the last ‘Twilight’ picture, ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ together shortly, but production firm Summit Entertainment isn’t taking any risks with their reunion and reserving them separate hotel rooms.

Twilight cast members Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart began dating in 2008. Their timeless love story was adored by both fans and reviewers.

“Despite getting back together, Rob and Kristen will have separate hotel rooms booked for them on the upcoming promotional tour for ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2,’” a source informed RadarOnline.com.

“Summit Entertainment isn’t taking any chances that the couple will have problems again and be forced to scramble at the last minute to book one of them a posh hotel suite.

“In fact, in several cities, rooms have been booked for Kristen at a separate hotel from the rest of the A-list cast. Rob and Kristen are always professional, but the fact is she cheated on him, and this media tour needs to go off without a hitch.”

Kristen Stewart opened up about falling in love with Robert Pattinson, her “Twilight” co-star.

“It’s so weird, like, actually being honest about this. It’s been so heavily consumed,” she said during a recent appearance on “The Howard Stern Show.”

“I have this fear that people would assume that maybe I’m, like, you know — it’s kind of attention-y, like, ‘Oh, cool, you’re still, like, pushing that narrative’ or whatever,” she continued. “It’s like, no, I’ve actually never been allowed to just say what happened. Because I was so self-conscious about seeming like an attention-seeker.”

“We were together for years. That was, like, my first, you know,” she said.

“I mean, like, I was super in love with my high-school boyfriend. Super, super f—ing in love with him,” she replied. “But me and Rob were, like, a little older, and it was just like, ‘gu-gung.’”

Stewart recently told Harper’s Bazaar UK, “When me and Rob were together, we did not have an example to go by. So much was taken from us that, in trying to control one aspect, we were just like, ‘No, we will never talk about it. Never. Because it’s ours.’”
